The seminar entitled “Agroecology for organic farming'' launched by the Italian center of the Italian Association of Agroecology (AIDA) will take place on Friday 15 November in the Aula Magna of the School of Agriculture of the University of Florence. 

A wide range of participants from different sector as the University of Florence, the European Association for Agroecology, the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the Italian Federation of Organic and Biodynamic Agriculture, the alta Murgia National Park and the Food and Agriculture Department of Legacoop Toscana will participate in the event among others.

Agroecology will be discussed at international, national and local level together with other relevant issues like companies' sustainability, ethical agriculture, biological and biodynamic agriculture, applying agroecology in natural parks and urban areas, scientific disclosure and training as well as eco-conditionality and water management in the agricultural company.
