G-STIC Technological solutions for the SDGs

G-STIC is a new conference series that focuses on integrated technological solutions for the SDGs. G-STIC aims at supporting the technological discussions in the UN and other intenrational policy forums as they relate to the SDGs, the climate goals and the Means of Implementation of Multilateral Environemntal Agreements. G-STIC is about transformative and doable technological solutions that considers the economic and social feasibility, acceptability and affordability of the proposed solutions.

The G-STIC 2017 conferences will be articulated around 6 thematic clusters (Agriculture & Food, Circular Economy, Sustainable technology & development, Urbanization and Water) and 4 cross-cutting themes (Climate-smart technology, Gender mainstreaming, ICT as enabling technology and Youth engagement).
