Second Agricultural Ontology Service (AOS) Workshop, CABI, Oxford, U.K., 24-25 January 2002
Introduction
The 'AOS Users Focus Group' workshop was held on Thursday 24th January 2002 at the Plant Sciences Library of the Oxford University Library Services. The theme of the workshop was 'Shaping the AOS to meet user needs'. The workshop was a follow-up to the first AOS Workshop which was held in FAO, Rome, from14-15 November 2001. The 'AOS Users Focus Group' workshop provided an opportunity to describe the AOS and its potential applications to potential users and to gather feedback from information professionals in agriculture and related subject areas.
The workshop was conducted together with the second AOS Launch Group meeting which took place on Friday 25th January 2002 in Wallingford.
