This workshop was organized by FAO in collaboration with "Dirección Nacional de Planeación (DNP)", "Instituto de Hidrología, Meteorología y Estudios Ambientales de Colombia (IDEAM)" and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Colombia (MADR). The 24 participants were from Colombia.

The workshop was organized by FAO in collaboration with the Central Research Institute for Dryland Agriculture. The 31 participants were all from India.
