FAO, in collaboration the Ministry of Agriculture from Nigerand the Agrhymet Regional Centre - a specialized institution of the Permanent Insterstates Committee for Drought Control in the Sahel (CILSS) -, is organizing a regional workshop on the assessment of the impacts of climate change on crop yields through the AquaCrop tool, in the framework of the project "Adapting small-scale irrigation to climate change in West and Central Africa - AICCA".

The workshop is addressed to the partners of the project from Mali, Niger, the Gambia and Côte d'Ivoire, and to representatives from the Government and other insititutions based in Niger who are involved in water management.
