Objectives

1. Officially inform representatives of the departments of animal health of the participating countries, FAO country teams, and key partners on the project concepts, objectives, and implementation plans;
2. Discuss and identify priority activities and agree on the project work plan; and 
3. Discuss and agree on implementation arrangements, including coordination mechanisms as well as defining the roles and responsibilities of relevant partners.
