Objectives and expected outputs of the inception workshop

The inception workshop will bring together the representatives from the five participating countries (Bangladesh, Cambodia, Myanmar, Thailand and Viet Nam) and regional partners to:

• Exchange information on national, sub-regional, and regional activities being undertaken to address IUU fishing
• Review the project results framework and implementation approach
• Develop national and regional work plans to achieve the objectives of the project

At the end of the inception workshop, the work plans and implementation arrangements at the national and regional levels will have been developed and agreed.
