Building upon the Pacific Aid Effectiveness Principles which was signed by Pacific Island Countries (PICs) in 2007 and with the intention to enhance harmonization of Development Partners development resources based on their known comparative advantages FAO undertook a mapping study in 2008 to detail activities (both current and planned) of key development partners in the broader agricultural sector.
