Description:
The side event serves to present the approach and findings of FAO’s Bioenergy and Food Security Project which aims at mainstreaming food security concerns into national assessments of bioenergy. Presentations and discussion will be based on country work in the BEFS pilot countries of Peru, Tanzania and Thailand. The discussion will bring together experts from the participating Governments of these countries.
