Under the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety, a Compliance Committee was established to promote compliance, to address cases of non-compliance, and to provide advice or assistance. The report is now available of the 10th meeting of the Compliance Committee which took place on 29-31 May 2013 in Montreal, Canada.
