The 2014 International Year of Family Farming: Legacy and Way Forward

About the event: The 2014 International Year of Family Farming (IYFF) was successfully carried out through a worldwide mobilization of UN agencies, Governments, Family Farmers’ organizations, Civil Society, Private Sector, academia, research institutions and other actors who joined efforts to raise the profile of family farming and called for the development of an enabling policy environment for the more than five hundred million family farms in the world.
