Yet, information related to biodiversity, particularly in the context of food and agriculture, can be challenging to communicate. This publication provides simple answers to frequently asked questions about biodiversity for food and agriculture, based on information found in FAO’s report on The State of the World’s Biodiversity for Food and Agriculture, a major global assessment published in 2019 drawing on specially prepared reports from 91 countries and inputs from hundreds of authors and reviewers.
