Koronivia Joint Work on Agriculture: Analysis of submissions on topic 2(d) 
This analysis aims to summarize the views submitted on KJWA topic 2(d) on nutrient use and manure management that was discussed during the SB 51 in December 2019. The analysis intends to make the wide range of views submitted more easily accessible to those interested, including to Parties and observers to the UNFCCC, but also experts working on climate change more generally, as well as interested members of the public.

This analysis aims to summarize the views submitted on KJWA topics 2(b) and 2(c) on "Methods and approaches for assessing adaptation, adaptation co-benefits and resilience" and "Improved soil carbon, soil health and soil fertility under grassland and cropland as well as integrated systems, including water management."

This analysis aims to summarize the views submitted on KJWA topic 2(a): "Modalities for implementation of the outcomes of the five in-session workshops on issues related to agriculture and other future topics that may arise from the joint work on agriculture."

Koronivia Joint Work on Agriculture: Analysis of submissions 
This analysis takes into consideration the initial 21 KJWA submissions made by Parties and 27 by observers and published by 20th of May 2018 on the UNFCCC submission portal, as well as the African Group of Negotiators (AGN) and Least Developed Countries (LDC) group submissions.

Fourth Koronivia Dialogue, Post-Dialogue Reflections

Facilitated by FAO, this Dialogue aimed to: a) provide a productive and neutral forum for open discussion among agriculture experts towards the implementation of the KJWA; and b) prepare for the upcoming 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC (COP 26) to be held from 1- 12 November 2021 where the Subsidiary Bodies (SBs) will report back on KJWA outcomes and countries are due to reach a conclusion on the future of Koronivia.

Webinar report on 'Food systems approach to address food security and socio-economic dimensions of climate change'

Co-facilitated by FAO and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery Japan,  this online webinar aimed to a) understand the food system perspective focusing on technical aspects; b) share latest technical developments and research activities to address the complex web of food systems; and c) learn about the high-level international initiatives addressing transformation to sustainable food systems, and consider how the Koronivia Joint Work on Agriculture (KJWA) can contribute to realizing those transformative actions on the ground.

Co-facilitated by FAO and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery Japan,  this online webinar aimed to a) understand the different livestock systems, including their economic, social and nutritional importance, and their challenges regarding emissions of GHG; b) share the latest technical developments and country experiences in formulating future plans through dialogue between researchers, farmers,private companies, policy makers, civil society organizations etc.; and c) identify areas where further research is necessary to enable farmers, especially in developing countries, to implement improved livestock
systems according to the national circumstances.

Webinar report on 'Monitoring systems and tools for healthy soils'

Co-facilitated by FAO and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery Japan,  this online webinar aimed to a) share the latest technical development for measuring and monitoring soil health, soil organic carbon and soil fertility; b) recognize the market opportunities made possible by quantification and monitoring systems for soil health, soil carbon and soil fertility; and c) identify areas where further research is necessary to enable farmers, especially in developing countries, to implement solutions for measuring and monitoring soil health, soil carbon and soil fertility in accordance with national circumstance.
