粮农组织与联合国开发计划署(UNDP)正在联手支持各国家整合农业部门并纳入其国家适应计划以通过«整合农业进入国家适应计划»(NAPs)。该计划的主要目标是支持各伙伴国家为其农业部门识别和整合适应气候变化的相关措施并将其纳入相关的国家计划及预算进程中。

«整合农业进入国家适应计划»最初的八个目标国家为:肯尼亚,尼泊尔,菲律宾,泰国,乌干达,乌拉圭,越南和赞比亚。不过,也在计划将其的支持扩展到其它在太平洋、亚洲、非洲及拉丁美洲和加勒比地区的国家。
