Dairy International Summit 2017 - Win-win cooperation between European and emerging market

Location Amsterdam, Países Bajos
From 26 October 2017 to 27 October 2017

The European Union (EU) is a major player in the world dairy market, as a lead exporter of many dairy
products. However, in recent years the EU dairy market has been challenging due to several factors coming
into play at the same time, including the abolition of the EU quota system, increased production from
European farmers, and the Russian ban on EU dairy products.
Given this background, the rise of emerging markets has shown great opportunity for EU dairy companies.
At the same time, there is a growing need for information on conditions and government policies in
emerging markets. Dairy companies that want to capitalize on a growing global market will need to tap into
emerging markets across the world.
With the goal of filling this information void, Duxes will hold the Dairy International Summit on October
26-27, 2017 in Amsterdam. The summit will gather industry leaders and experts to discuss a wide range of
issues related to the dairy industry in Europe and emerging markets, including the dairy market conditions,
R&D trends, innovation for milk beverages and milk alternatives, and quality and safety control for dairy
products across the industry chain. Attendees will also be provided with a platform to share experiences
and opinions regarding the dairy industry.
