Successful projects scaled up in Burkina Faso

19 June 2013, Rome – “We thank FAO for its ongoing work in Burkina Faso, in Africa and around the world, ” Burkina Faso Minister for Livestock and Fisheries J.T. Ouedraogo told Director-General Jose’ Graziano da Silva at a meeting here.

The Minister also expressed his gratitude to FAO for its successful implementation of several projects that started at  pilot level and have now been scaled up nationwide.  The Director-General congratulated Burkina Faso for its  integrated programme and holistic approach.
