1. Identify a national-level nodal agency/focal action point;
2. Assess the financial requirements and possible funding sources to hold National and Sub-regional workshops in order to:
· continue raising national awareness that criteria and indicators are good tools for achieving sustainable forest management;· continue developing the set of criteria and indicators according to national needs;
· harmonize and converge criteria and indicators with other regional/national initiatives; and
· identify research and training needs for enhancing the capacity of stakeholders to apply the criteria and indicators in the field.
