(1980) Anon. (1986b), and Anon. (1994c). Ministry of Agriculture data comes from Anon. (1985b), Anon (1992), and Anon. (1994d). All provinces are listed which had at least one elephant in at least one year of any of these sources. The nature of the data and the various agencies involved are all discussed in text.
