3. All the 11 sub-tropical countries (Algeria, Argentina, Australia, Chile, China, Lesotho, Morocco, South Africa, Swaziland Tunisia and Uruguay) included in the study have been assumed reduction factor 1.0, as there was no basis (reported plantation area of Australia, China, and Tunisia are based on recent national forest plantation inventories).
