2. PARTICIPATION
For family reasons Mr. Rose could only participate during the first three weeks. Dr. Franklin Ross, IFU, and in particular, Mr. Lawrence Alexander, Ministry of Agriculture, contributed significantly in the discussions during the policy formulation stage.
3. LOCATION
The study group was housed in the offices of the Rural Development Unit, Ministry of Agriculture. Mr. Owen Bachelor, Consultant and Officer-in-Charge of RDU, supervised its activities and assured liaison with other Government departments.
