LC or Lc = Carapace length, measured from the anterior border to the last extreme of the carapace or more precisely = mid dorsal distance from the anterior edge of the cephalothorax (between the supraorbital rostal spines) to the posterior edge of the cephalothorax.

Ltot or Ltot = Total length/Largo total antenular measured from the base of the antennas (Cuba, Colombia, Mexico) or from the anterior border of the cephalothorax (*Brasil) to the end of the telson.
