8. The Heads of Delegations introduced themselves and their respective advisors.
9. The Commission agreed to insert in its Agenda a new Item 8 on the election of its Bureau and, at the request of the European Community, to consider under Agenda Item 9 ("Any other matters") the status of the preparatory work for the above mentioned Ministerial Conference on the Sustainable Development of Fisheries in the Mediterranean.
10. The Agenda attached as Appendix A to this report was adopted.
11. The documents which were submitted to the Commission are listed in Appendix C.
