This book is intended to outline water, plant, man and animal relationships for those concerned with obtaining water for animals. It has been found that simply obtaining a water supply for animals often makes a difficult situation worse. This book is planned to include enough about water, for example, to help the animal or pasture expert at least go in the right direction. On the other hand, limited but important animal and pasture aspects are included for the expert in water and clearly are not comprehensive. This book attempts to cover the situation in the Sahelian zone of Africa and regions which are similar.
