GREENLAND | AGREEMENTS Agreement between EEC, Greenland and Denmark of 13 March 1984, as modified by agreement of 1994 under exchange of letters, with 3rd Protocol valid for the period 1 January 1995 to 31 December 2000 -Licences issued after communication of name, registration number and other technical specification of vessels. -Community vessels to comply with conservation measures and regulations in force in the fishing zone. -Fishing quotas per year are set by species and geographical areas; additional fishing possibilities for cod mentioned. -Transfer of quota from one zone to another one permitted within certain limits, for shrimp under arrangements between Community and Greenland shipowners. |
