- Greenland AGREEMENTS
Agreement between EEC, Greenland and Denmark of 13 March 1984, as modified by agreement of 1994 under exchange of letters, with 3rd protocol valid for the period 1 January 1995 to 31 December 2000
Financial compensation for the whole period of validity = ECU 37 700 000 payable at the beginning of fishing campaign and eventually adjustable.

AGREEMENTS
Agreement between EEC/Greenland/Denmark of 13 March 1984, as modified by agreement of 1994 under exchange of letters
-Parties shall promote constitution of fisheries joint venture and joint enterprise between Community shipowners and Greenlandese companies.

GREENLAND AGREEMENTS
Agreement between EEC, Greenland and Denmark of 13 March 1984, as modified by agreement of 1994 under exchange of letters, with 3rd Protocol valid for the period 1 January 1995 to 31 December 2000

-Licences issued after communication of name, registration number and other technical specification of vessels.
-Community vessels to comply with conservation measures and regulations in force in the fishing zone.
-Fishing quotas per year are set by species and geographical areas; additional fishing possibilities for cod mentioned.
-Transfer of quota from one zone to another one permitted within certain limits, for shrimp under arrangements between Community and Greenland shipowners.
