(Sect. 8) (Territorial Sea and Exclusive Economic Zone Act. 1977) -No foreign fishing craft shall be used for fishing within the EEZ except in accordance with relevant licence. (Sect. 3) -Licence application to be made in a prescribed way and accompanied by required information to the Administrator.
