In view of the fact that most of the personnel at FCRI are trained in agriculture, there should be some additional training in aquatic ecology, a subject upon which most principles of aquaculture are based. One possibility would be to have a professor specialized in this subject to conduct an extension course at FCRI and require most of the personnel to complete the course for university credit.
