Dr. N.A. de Heer (Ghana), a Vice-Chairman of the Commission, expressed, on behalf of the Codex Alimentarius Commission, the appreciation of the Commission and of its Members to the retiring Chairman, Mr. G. Weill (France), for his leadership and guidance as Chairman and his long and active support of the Commission as a delegate since its establishment in 1962.
