Appointment of the Independent Chairman of the FAO Appeals Committee

266. In accordance with Article XI of the FAO Staff Regulations, the Council appointed H.E. Pier Pasquale Spinelli (Italy) as Independent Chairman of the Appeals Committee.

Date and Place of the Fifty-Third Session of the Council

267. The Council decided to convene its Fifty-Third Session at FAO Headquarters in Rome from 3 to 6 November 1969.
