| 149. The Council, through its Independent Chairman, expressed its unanimous and sincere thanks to the Spanish Government and authorities for the excellent arrangements and generous hospitality which had made the Twentysixth Session such a successful one. The Council wished in particular to record its gratitude to the Director of the Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Agronómicas and his staff through whose help the Council's work had been facilitated in every respect. | 149. Le Conseil, par l'intermédiaire de son Président indépendant, exprime à l'unanimité sa reconnaissance la plus sincère au Gouvernement et aux services espagnols pour l'excellente organisation et la généreuse hospitalité qui ont fait de sa vingt-sixième session une telle réussite. Il désire en particulier remercier le Directeur de l'Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Agronómicas et son personnel, dont le concours a facilité ses travaux à tous égards. | 149. El Consejo, por medio de su Presidente independiente, expresó al Gobierno Español y a las distintas autoridades del país su reconocimiento sincero y unánime por la excelente organización y generosa hospitalidad que habían permitido el brillante desarrollo del 26o Período de Sesiones. El Consejo deseó de modo particular hacer constar su gratitud al Presidente del Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Agronómicas y personal a sus órdenes por la ayuda prestada al Consejo en todos los aspectos. |
