Nominations of the Chairman of the Conference and the Chairmen of the Commissions of the Conference¹

104. In accordance with Rule VII-1 of the General Rules of the Organization, (GRO) the Council agreed to put the following nominations before the Conference:

105. The Council also agreed to nominate H.E. Ryan (Canada) as Rapporteur from Plenary to Commission I.

Election of the Nominations Committee¹

106. In accordance with Rule XXIV-5(b) GRO, the Council elected the following eleven Member Nations to the Nominations Committee:

Nomination of the Chairman of the Informal Meeting of Observers from Non-Governmental Organizations¹

107. The Council unanimously nominated M. Cépède to be Chairman of the informal meeting of observers from non-governmental organizations, which would be held on the afternoon of Monday 12 November 1973.
