55. The Council decided that the First Session of the Ad Hoc Committee on Food and Nutrition Policies should be held immediately prior to the June 1975 Council session, rather than prior to the November 1974 Council session, as the World Food Conference was scheduled to conclude on 16 November 1974.
56. The Council asked the Director-General to submit to its next session a report on the progress made in implementing Conference Resolution 13/73 on African Liberation Movements.
57. The Council was informed that a decision would be taken shortly on the date and place of the Twelfth FAO Regional Conference for the Near East.
58. The Council decided that its Sixty-Fourth Session would be convened in Rome from 18 to 29 November 1974.
