1. The attached letter of 24 October 2003 conveys the request made by Indonesia, Japan, The Philippines, Sri Lanka and Thailand, on behalf of the Asia Group and as Members of the Council, for an additional item on the Provisional Agenda entitled Composition of the Finance Committee.
