CHAIRMAN: We shall resume our discussion on the items of the Agenda. As you will notice from the Order of the Day, we are hoping that today we will be able to complete all the items and take up consideration of the Draft Report tomorrow. I know the Drafting Committee worked late last night -until midnight in fact - and we are grateful to them for the work they are doing.
