CHAIRMAN (original language Arabic): In the name of Allah the merciful, the compassionate, the meeting is called to order.
This is the Seventeenth Session of the Plenary, and we will start by hearing an oral account of the result of the meeting of the General Committee that was held this morning. I will therefore request the Secretary-General kindly to give this oral report.
