MULHERIN (Secretary, Commission I): I should like to inform you that the General Committee has reported to the Plenary on nominations for the vice-chairmen for the Commissions, and I understand that the Plenary has cleared the nominations of the vice-chairmen of the Commissions. The Vice-Chairmen of Commission I are Mr S. G. Obimpeh of Ghana and Mr Diaz Yubero of Spain.
