In the final report of the Inter-Governmental Panel on Forestry (IPF), it was explicitly recommended that the countries consider the integration of Criteria and Indicators of sustainable forest management in the National Forest Programmes (NFP). A similar recommendation also concerns information stemming from forest resources assessment (FRA).
