SPRAY NOZZLE HWA-602. - Spray used for marking bands on or around trees or other objects with paint, or for making letters or symbols. From distance of a in. (5.08 cm.) makes band of paint approximately 1 in. (2.64 cm.) wide. Width of band increases to approx. 3 in. (7.82 cm.) when applied from distance of 4 in. (9.18 cm.).

MECHANICAL WINCH FOB LOADING LOGS. - Driven either by power take off of vehicle or by auxiliary engine. Double-drum type with differential. Both rope drums can be rotated simultaneously, or either drum stopped at will. Worked by two control levers without disconnecting drive. Rope speed controlled by pedal operating on lorry accelerator. When equipped with auxiliary engine, acceleration is automatic. Safety catch keeps load steady during hoisting. All metal, electrically welded stanchions, folding in 3 sections, oscillating and removable rollers allow loading and unloading on right or left, without rotating bolster.

HUDSON SIMPLEX INNER-SEAL COMPRESSION SPRAYERS - Sprayers have unique type cover and seal that seals from within tank. Air is forced into tank by hand pump, pressure in tank forces cover upward, causing cover gasket to compress. The greater the pressure in tank, the tighter the seal. Pump is mounted separately in sprayer top and need not be removed during normal operation. Hand control valve can be rotated 360º at mid-point enabling all direction spraying at nozzle end.
Spray extension 24 in. (60 cm.) long.
Specifications: In 4 and 3 ½ gal. (16 and 13 ¼ 1.) capacities, withstands internal pressures of 90 to 100 psi (6.3 to 7 kg/cm²). 4 gal. (15 l.) tank 22 in. (56 cm.) high; 3 ½ gal. (13 ¼ l.) 19 ½ m. (50 cm.) high; 7 ½ in. (19 cm.) diam.

PENETRATIOR SPRAYER AND MIST-BLOWER - Designed to spray by air atomization, with air as carrying medium, giving penetrating cloud of fine droplets of concentrate solutions. Airstream created by twin fans directed to exact position to cover trees perfectly. Tractor driver does this from seat of machine under way; can also turn whole fan assembly to opposite side to take full advantage of natural air currents.
Spray nozzles situated in airstreams fed from pump driven from tractor p.t.o. shaft, or its own engine. Volume sprayed per acre adjusted by simple changing of nozzle discs to give from 250 to 20 gal. (6,177 to 222 lit. per ha.).
Hp absorbed by fan 12.5 hp (approx) giving 13,500 cu. ft. (382.05 cu.m) per minute at approx. 100 mph (160 km/h). Centrifugal type pump gives pressure of 40 lb. per sq. in. (2.8 kg. p.s.cm.). In four models.

YALE TRUCK KGA51. - Yale KGA51 series of trucks with fully automatic torque transmission which eliminates manual gear shifting. For gas, LPG and diesel powered industrial lift trucks. HYDRAULIC VENEER AND PLYWOOD PRESS TYPE DFPO. - Hydraulic drive located at side of press, incorporates hydraulic multi-piston pump, flange mounted motor, electro-hydraulic control elements and fingertip control operating lever.
Press closed by full output of gear pump at speed of up to 1 ½ in. per sec. (37 mm. per sec.). High pressure pump brought into operation automatically on completion of closing movement. Pump discharges oil until desired pressure (pre-selected) by means of contact pressure gauge) has been attained. Motor then automatically switched-off. Pump re-starts automatically if pressure drops due to resilience in material being treated.
Platens can be heated with steam, hot water or by special oil. Driving motor approx. 15 hp. with switch. Standard range covers pressures from 160 to 1,000 tons and panel sizes up to 100 x 62 in. (2,640 x 1,600 mm.).
