Granting of Consultative Status to Non-Governmental Organizations
The Conference
Having considered the application for consultative status submitted to FAO various international organizations,
Noting the recommendations of the Council concerning these applications.
Decides to grant consultative status to the League of Red Cross Societies and the International Confederation of Free Trade Unions.
B. Date and Place of the Eighth Session of the Conference
361. The Conference decided that its Eighth Session should be held at Headquarters Rome in November 1955.
