    The European Commission for the Control of Foot-and-Mouth Disease (EuFMD) publishes a quarterly report on the FMD disease situation, based on information sources which include databases such as Emergency Prevention System for Animal Health (EMPRES-AH)/Veterinary Public Health and Disease Ecology (GLEWS), Global Animal Disease Information System (EMPRES-i), World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) and its World Animal Health Information Database (WAHID), the World Reference Laboratory for Foot-and-Mouth Disease (WRLFMD).

    The EuFMD publishes a quarterly report on the FMD Disease situation, based on information sources that include databases such as EMPRES-AH/GLEWS, EMPRES-i, OIE WAHID, WRLFMD. This report covers foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) activities for July-September 2022. During the past three months, the World Reference Laboratory for Foot-and-Mouth Disease (WRLFMD) has reported test results for samples received from Ethiopia, Indonesia, Israel, Mongolia, Palestine, Thailand, UAE. There have also been sequence submissions from Botswana (BVI), Egypt (from GenBank), Ghana (NCFAD), Indonesia (Pusvetma), Niger (LABOCEL & ANSES) and Zimbabwe (BVI).
