Statistics on the production and trade of forest seeds and other forest plant material | |
| (2004), EN , 28pp |
| |
| The purpose of this short study was to examine the possibility of collecting information on the production and trade in forest seeds and other forest plant material from existing national and international statistics. An additional objective was to examine statistics on production and trade of other types of seed, to see if these could be used to make comparisons between forestry and the rest of the agricultural sector. This paper has been prepared to explain the various classification systems used for production and trade and to present the results of the investigation. | ||
