Finalization of CAPs The draft versions drawn from your inputs collected during the HLPLP are attached below in one document. The agenda is attached to remind you of resource persons. As discussed during the HLPLP, at this stage we would be grateful if you could organize and contribute to meetings together with the FAO Representative and your supervisors, with a view to finalize your Follow-up CAPs. These documents may contain new proposals (e.g. initiatives, projects, activities) which you as a group may decide you can collaborate on. In addition, these documents may already include on-going projects to which you can introduce a new approach or a new tool to enhance the on-going work. Furthermore, the CAPs may also contain individual workplans, as some of you may decide that work remains to be done for your individual proffessional development and further learning and you may want to share your plans with the country team.
We expect the follow-up action plan to feed the FAO Country Programming Framework (CPF), where applicable. Subsequently, FAO could explore possibilities to support CAP implementation through various modalities.
Deadline On-line forum discussion: Documents to share Back to Office Reports that you may have written upon your return, to provide feedback from your learning experience; and
Important country policy documents you would like to share. This forum discussion is a platform to both share information and discuss any problems/questions that may arise during the finalization process as this will surely be useful for fellow participants. Discussion with other participants can expose you to new perspectives, techniques, theories and much more that may prove useful in realizing long-term development in your countries.
The HLPLP coordination team will provide continuous backstopping to the discussion. Lorenzo G. Bellù |
