CHINA state rapeseed oil reserves: Official resources have confirmed the presence of imported produce in the states temporary rapeseed oil reserves thus revealing transactions in violation of state procurement policies that require state purchases to come exclusively from domestic sources so as to protect the interest of local producers (see also MPPU no. 51, Sep13).
