Description
Raised allotments to the Bringing the Green Revolution in Eastern India (BGREI) programme by US$115 million (rupees 6.0 billion) to USS192 million (rupees 10.0 billion). This was part of 2012 budgetary allocations, which also included plans to raise irrigation and storage capacity, as well as greater agricultural credit disbursements.
