Description
On the occasion of a memorandum of understanding's signature, whereby sector representatives committed to enhance marketing of domestic produce, announced that rice imports in 2016 would be limited to 500 000 tonnes, with authorities to device a regulatory mechanism that took into consideration local production, as well as individual trader's market share.
