Description
Approved the introduction and promulgation of statutory levies (VAT excluded) for wheat and barley, both set at ZAR 25 per tonne (USD 1.77 per tonne). The levies are on locally produced winter cereals only to be collected and administered by the SA Cultivar and Technology Agency (SACTA) over a period of two years, ending in 2017/18 (Oct-Sept).
