Description
Announced safety-net payments of more than USD 7 billion, due to low commodity prices during the 2015 crop year. Eligibility for such payments is limited to farmers who enrolled under the Agriculture Risk Coverage or the Price Loss Coverage Programs for base acres of maize, soybeans, wheat, rice, barley, grain sorghum, lentils, oats, peanuts, dry peas and canola.
