Description
Relaxed regulations governing the granting of financial assistance, in view of a prolonged drought. Affected producers will be able to receive up to 70 percent (previously 50 percent) of their direct income support entitlements, and up to 85 percent (previously 75 percent) of rural development entitlements by mid-October 2018, instead of December 2018.
