Description
The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) maintained the 2014 low-tariff import quotas at 2013 levels, including wheat at 9.6 million tonnes, maize at 7.2 million tonnes and rice at 5.3 million tonnes. The tariff is set at 1%, while imports in excess of the cuota are subject to a duty of 65%.
