Description
Approved a one-time subsidy of Bolívares 6.1 per kg of paddy (USD 967 per tonne) for crops gathered between 1 August 2014 and 16 September 2014 in the states of Portuguesa and Barinas, in order to extend support to farmers who collected crops prior to the September 2014 announcement of new producer prices.
