Description
Raised minimum support prices by 4 percent to Rupees 14 100 (USD 212) per tonne of common varieties and to Rupees 14 500 (USD 218) per tonne of Grade A paddy. It further announced that provisions would be made to strengthen government procurement operations in Eastern Indian states.
